Please Note: There are 2 scenarios where a remote repair / support session wouldn’t be appropriate:
1. No network connectivity or internet connection – this would make it impossible to connect to your system to fix.
2. Startup problems – if you are unable to boot your system into the Windows or Mac OS desktop due to hardware problems, such as memory / hard disk failure or a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), we wouldn’t be able to connect.
