To drop off your computer / device with us, please select a date on the calendar below, select “Book Appointment” next to your preferred time slot and then enter your details. Please check your email after booking for confirmation and drop off details.

Once you have dropped off your computer / device with us, we will then diagnose the issue and get back to you within 24 hours with a cost for the repair before going ahead. Most repairs are completed within 48 hours.

I had accidentally ruined my partners computer when trying to clean their fans and causing a small spark when I didn't disconnect the battery properly. They where leaving to go back down south so I had a tight schedule. Rom and Ram fixed the issue in 48 hours and was able to give back the laptop in time for my partner to head back home. Very quick, broke down what had happened and the cost. Managed to save the files on the corrupted harddrive. Amazing service highly recommend for anyone with computer troubles!

Excellent service, I thought my Mac was beyond repair, had been going 'funny' for a while and then I spilt a drink on it, thankfully John fixed it and made it like new again. Very reasonable price and considerably less than the price of a new Mac. John has been flexible and his communication throughout is excellent. The diagnostic fee alone is very low considering the work he must do to diagnose the problem. Happy to have found a reliable 'go to' person for my computer needs, highly recommend. Thanks!

Awesome service. John replaced a failing fusion drive in my iMac and the logic board (coffee accident!) in an old Mac Air. In both cases he also reinstalled the OS and fully restored the data. He did it efficiently and at a great price. He also really took the time to describe the repairs that were required and gave me a number of options on how to proceed. Very highly recommended (p.s. I think this is my first Google review ever, but the great experience compelled me).

Very quick and efficient service. My Mac had software issues on the hard drive which made it unusable. John was able to reboot it and reload the OS, all done within 48 hours at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Ron and Ram.

Enter your details.

Step 3

A confirmation email will then be sent to you. You can then drop off your computer / system on the confirmed date / time.  We will then diagnose the issue and get back to you within 24 hours with a cost for the repair before going ahead. If you decline the repair, we charge £15 for the diagnosis. If you go ahead with the repair, no diagnosis fee is charged.
